Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they apply to all wholesale transactions. By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility for Wholesale

·       Wholesale pricing is available to approved business customers only.

·       Businesses that are entitled to wholesale sign up are typically Ford Dealerships and Automotive Groups.

·       To enquire, please contact our Field Sales Executive, Marz @ ma******@*********et.au

·       Valid business credentials may be requested prior to sign up approval.

·       Only Australian & New Zealand businesses are eligible.

2. Pricing

·       All prices are displayed in AUD$ and are inclusive of GST (10%).

·       Models Cars and certain Memorabilia items are excluded from wholesale pricing. These items are subject to standard retail pricing and cannot be discounted or bundled under wholesale terms.

·       Displayed prices are indicative only. The final invoice amount will reflect the actual items shipped and will be confirmed once the order has been packed and processed. 

·       Shipping costs are not displayed to wholesale customers, as these prices will differ from order to order. See Point 3 for more information on this.

·       Please let us know if you have any pricing enquiries prior to placing an order.

3. Shipping

·       Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of the packaged order.

·       Final shipping charges will be included in the invoice and are payable by the customer.

·       We will use the most cost-effective and reliable postage option available to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

·       Wholesale Orders are typically sent with the best option of Express Post* presented to us at the time of dispatch.
*If this differs for a particular order (due to factors such as price, location, etc.) we will make contact prior to dispatching to confirm how you would like to proceed.

·       Please allow 1–3 business days for delivery after your order has left our warehouse, pending any unforeseen delays*.

*Once an order has been dispatched, it is then handed off to the postal service and is no longer within our control.
While we work to get your orders out promptly, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur within the postal network.
This applies to all shipping services used (Express, Regular or International Post).

4. Payment Terms

·       Wholesale Accounts are placed on a 30-Day Account. The invoice sent post-dispatch will outline total owing and includes the added shipping fee.

·       Our Bank Details for EFT Transfer are noted on the bottom of each invoice.

·       Statements are issued Monthly.

 ·      If you require a PO Reference in your invoice, please add this as a ‘Order notes (optional)’ box during checkout.

5. Order Fulfillment

·       Orders are processed as soon as possible for wholesale customers (typically within 1-2 business days).*
*Delays may occur during busy periods.

·       If we are unable to fulfil an item from your order, we will not include this in the final invoice. Where possible, we will offer alternative solutions.

·       If your order also contains an item that is on Backorder or Pre order, this will not feature on your initial. An invoice will be generated at the time of dispatch.

6. Ford Gift Boxes

·       Please contact us prior to ordering Ford Gift Boxes online, as we prefer these orders to be done via email.

·       Contact us to confirm pricing for wholesale customers on these items.

 

7. Model Cars

·       Model Cars are typically offered on Pre Order, and may take 12+ months to come into stock. 

·       By placing a pre order, you have secured your place for this product when it becomes available. 

·       As we are not the manufacturer for models cars, they are excluded from Wholesale Pricing. These items are subject to standard retail pricing and cannot be discounted under wholesale terms. Prices are subject to change. 

 

8. Amendments

·      These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.
